At Agriturismo Uva Matta the venue for your wedding or ceremony is unlike the usual: the vines around it, a kitchen that uses what grows a few steps away, the wine we make ourselves. We are an organic farm on the hills of Vigolzone, fifteen minutes from Piacenza.
We organise your event together, from the menu to the setting, from the indoor room to the outdoor spaces, based on what you want.

What is included
From the kitchen to the spaces, we organise it all
When you organise an event with us, the kitchen is in-house and uses produce from the organic farm: the saffron grown at Carmiano, the vegetables from the garden, the seasonal fruit. The wine you pour for your guests comes from the rows you see outside the window.
We have a spacious indoor room and outdoor spaces among the vines: the choice depends on the season and your preferences. Ample parking, easy to reach from Piacenza and the surrounding area.

We make the cake too
For weddings, communions, confirmations, christenings and birthdays, the cake comes out of our own kitchen: it is made by hand by our cook Shery, with the fruit and produce of the farm. Homemade artisan pastry, in keeping with your occasion.

What kind of events do you organise?
Civil and religious weddings, christenings, communions, confirmations, birthdays, company dinners and any other celebration. Both intimate events and larger ones.
How many guests can I invite?
Capacity varies based on the combination of indoor and outdoor spaces. Contact us to discuss the number of guests and find the right layout.
Is the kitchen yours or external?
The kitchen is entirely in-house: we cook ourselves, with produce from our organic farm. Saffron, vegetables, fruit and wine come straight from the farm. For events we do a fixed menu, agreed together, based on the occasion and your tastes.
How do I reach the farm?
We are at Carmiano di Vigolzone, 15 minutes from Piacenza along the Val Nure. Ample free parking. Easy to reach by car, minibus and shuttle.
