Wine
Wine from our own vines on the Colli Piacentini
Estate rows on the slope of Vigolzone, to drink at the table with our Piacenza cooking.
The organic vines are ours: the wine is made here and drunk at the table, with our seasonal cooking.
The vines
We grow our own grapes from pruning to harvest
The vines of Uva Matta grow on the hills of Carmiano, on the Colli Piacentini, one of Emilia's historic wine areas. We tend them ourselves, season after season: the sun exposure, the valley soil and the work in the vineyard give honest wines, tied to the land.
These are the wines we drink and serve at the table, alongside our Piacenza cuisine: the best way to know them is to sit down and taste them with a local dish.
Taste them paired at the restaurant

A special bottle
Nonno Domenico
A Colli Piacentini Barbera DOC, organic and with no added sulphites, dedicated to the grandfather who first tended these rows. On the back label, we wrote our story.
“I would run counting the rows, unaware that the passion, the teaching and the hard work of that time would one day remind me of the magic and simplicity of my childhood.” For Nonno DomenicoOur story
